RN Case Manager
HoriSun Hospice is currently seeking an RN Case Manager to serve hospice patients in Lincoln and our surrounding service area (Seward, Milford and Crete). This is a full-time position that will additionally serve in our on-call rotation. RN Case Managers are responsible for providing nursing care and case management to our hospice patients and their families. At HoriSun Hospice, we believe in promoting quality of life and helping those that are terminally ill to live their final days with dignity and comfort.
